Challenge
As part of its expansion, Urban Sports Club aimed to recruit new members in over twenty new cities across its operational countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, and Portugal.
Solution
To achieve growth targets, I collaborated with the acquisition manager on a strategy integrating no-code tools, automation, and SEA/SMO strategy.
Our goal was to establish a landing page "factory" capable of automatically generating numerous, highly customized, pages based on the user's city and sport "persona."Using a design I created in Sketch and developed with Webflow, we set up a range of variables (text, images) and dynamically matched clubs and course types to user profiles.This approach was rolled out across more than twenty cities, tailored for eight distinct personas, resulting in nearly 150 landing pages.
These were leveraged in SEA and SMO campaigns, boosting Urban Sports Club's European membership growth by 15%. Due to the project's success, this strategy was later applied to other acquisition campaigns.
