I oversaw a comprehensive redesign of our website, implementing a new structure and customer journeys with a modern PrestaShop template and innovative components. This phase was crucial in aligning our online platform with our revamped brand identity and improving user engagement.

In the final stretch, I meticulously monitored the agency's development efforts, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. Moreover, I advised on the acquisition strategy to enhance customer attraction and retention through our newly optimized e-commerce site.
