The platform had been developed over the years without a clearly defined product vision, strategy, or roadmap.
The company predominantly operated under a sales-led business model, constraining its flexibility and innovation capabilities.

My approach was to undertake a complete overhaul, encompassing everything from the teams to the platform itself, while concurrently devising a strategic roadmap for the future.
Defining Product vision
I took steps to clarify our value proposition for our users, articulating what set us apart within the competitive influencer marketing landscape.
This proved instrumental in guiding our subsequent product decisions.
Building a Highly Skilled Team
I undertook the recruitment and training of a multidisciplinary team comprising more than a dozen members, including product managers, product designer and developers.
This team was dedicated to infusing a fresh perspective into the product.

Specifically, it hinges on the quality and engagement of the influencer's audience.
This feature was culmination of intense design iteration, user testing, development and refinement, representing a core value proposition of the platform.
It integrates over a hundred data points from nine social networks—including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more—through sophisticated API integration.
